Your Opportunity to Shape Reflow 2

This release gives partners hands-on access to test new features and the ability to provide feedback that shapes usability and informs our development. Sign up at niagaramodules.com/beta to get access.

Early beta releases will focus on core functionality, expect fewer wizards and guided prompts initially. As we build based on your input, we'll add usability improvements, contextual help, and enhanced UI functionality throughout the platform.

Our approach is deliberate. We want you to experience the platform's evolution firsthand and help us refine what matters most to actual users in the field.

How We're Rolling Out the Beta

The Reflow 2 beta is available today for Reflow Partner Program members, Reflow-certified system integrators, Enterprise license holders, and distributors. After that, we'll release a new batch of invites every two weeks, expanding the participants with each cycle.

If you don't receive an invite immediately, don't worry – eventually, everyone will have an opportunity to use the beta before general availability. If you have an urgent need, reach out—we're here to help.

Key platform features

Powerful New Block Editor

A visual, drag-and-drop tool that lets you build and edit content directly in live preview. Create dynamic, customized experiences without writing code. Build rich dashboards, interactive equipment views, and more.

Canvas Editor

A major leap forward from Reflow 1's Floor Plan editor, offering far greater creative flexibility. While it still excels at interactive floor plans, the Canvas Editor now supports custom canvases for dashboard cards, equipment graphics, and custom pages. It's a complete replacement for anything that previously required the PX editor—bringing powerful visual editing into the heart of Reflow.

Binding System

Reflow 2 adds logic to point bindings. Choose multiple points and automatically apply calculations like Average, Min, and Max. No wire sheets required.

Multi-Language Support

Robust internationalization with support for 20 languages and automatic per-user language detection. Entire app configurations—including content, date formats, and time zones—can now be fully localized. Reflow 2 is built for global accessibility.

And there's more available day one. Work with multiple projects and create unique experiences for any user–from operators to executives. With these new features, delivering impressive, polished experiences has never been easier!

Help Us Build What You Need

We're committed to rapid iteration throughout beta. Initially, you'll see multiple builds per week as we respond to early feedback and stabilize core features. As Reflow 2 matures, we'll settle into roughly two-week release cycles, always with critical fixes deployed as needed. Your feedback shapes both Reflow's core functionality and our plugin roadmap. Use the beta feedback form to tell us:

  • Which third-party data sources you need integrated
  • What analytics, work order management, asset management, or other capabilities would solve real problems
  • Where the platform falls short of your workflow requirements

Be specific. The more context you provide about your use cases and pain points, the better we can prioritize features that deliver value across our user base.

Countdown to General Availability

We estimate the beta period running through early spring. Which will give us ample time to gather feedback, address issues, and refine the product you're hoping for. Unforeseen challenges may extend this timeline. If that happens, we'll update everyone as soon as possible.

Usage
This is an early access build for testing only. Not intended for production use. During the early beta period, future releases may not be compatible with content built in previous beta versions.

What to Expect
Systems are not feature-complete, and not all systems are available for testing. Known bugs exist and will be resolved throughout the beta period. If the configuration becomes unresponsive, refresh your browser.

Compatibility
The Reflow 2 beta is not currently compatible with Reflow 1 projects but can run in parallel, on the same station. Reflow 1 compatibility will be introduced in a future release toward the end of the beta period. See the Reflow 2 FAQ for additional compatibility details.
